Description
Our high quality Houjicha is made by roasting the sencha leaves and gyokuro stems. The roasting process is carefully controlled to not overpower the tea producing one of the cleanest tasting Houjicha’s we’ve tried to date.
The roasting process lowers the caffeine of the tea so good for those that are sensitive.
