High Quality Sencha

Description

Sencha one of our favourite teas with its fresh grassy aromas. This sencha is of high quality and was chosen out of a heap of samples for it’s deep green colour, strong smell and a very clean flavour profile. We met with the farmers and producers of this tea during our search for the best teas in Japan.

Speaking with the owners and farmers it was an easy decision, their philosophy and ours align so it was a match made. This tea represents the flavours and definitions of what a Japanese tea should be giving us a excellent basis to compare and contrast modern and different styles of Sencha.

This tea is grown in prestine countryside just south of Uji, Kyoto, Japan.
