Alishan is one of the most famous mountains in Taiwan and this tea lives up to the reputation. Hand selected from a few dozen samples it’s easy to see why this tea was awarded the bronze medal at an oolong competition in Taiwan. Jin Xuan is the cultivar of this tea therefore leading to milky, fruit like flavours – this tea has been carefully (lightly) roasted to enhance all the flavours of this tea.
