We use Australia Post click and send for all parcels ensuring they are tracked and insured. We are currently looking adding other delivery in the future.

For those on the Gold Coast delivery will be done by our staff.

We ship majority of parcels via Australia Post Express therefore a lot of customers will receive their parcel next business day. Larger items will be sent via regular mail or via courier.

Due to the expensive nature of shipping overseas from Australia we are unable to do so. However as we have a personal relationship with our farmers it may be possible for them to post direct to you. If this is something you’d like more information on feel free to send an email to info@finepickings.com.au

Due to health regulations we are unable to return tea if it has been opened. We are able to return unused and in box brand new products. A credit will be applied for all returns. Please contact info@finepickings.com.au for our returns address.
